Jeffrey D. Stinson
Attorney

Jeffery D. Stinson is a Vice President of Severns & Bennett, P.C. He was admitted to the Indiana Bar in November of 2002. Jeff has been with the firm since July of 1998, while he worked as a Paralegal until his recent promotion to Associate Attorney.

Jeffery’s practice focuses on Response Team planning, long-term care planning - particularly involving trusts for disabled persons, guardianships, and decedent’s estates.

He is a 1998 graduate of Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with Highest Distinction.

Jeffery graduated from the Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis in May of 2002 and was the recipient of the Francis J. Feeney, Jr. Tax Award in 2001. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indianapolis Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
